Overall a pleasant experience, had assistance using self check in on our late arrival, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size. Only downfalls were the lack of communication/information on the parking situation as we received a fine in the post for not logging our reg which wasn't mentioned. Shower very weak too. But all in all a pleasant stay
Could not fault the staff at this particular premier inn, what a really helpful man Mike is, quickly resolved any queries I had. Being so far away from home but bumping into someone from the same area is always nice. So thank you Mike for making my stay run smoothly

The Highlights: The Room: Spotlessly clean and exceptionally comfortable. It provided the perfect base for our family, and we all managed to get a great night's sleep. The Staff: Truly the standout feature of this hotel. Every member of the team we encountered was friendly and professional. It was clear that "nothing was too much trouble" for them, which made our stay feel very special. The Little Touches: We were so impressed by the thoughtful extras, like the availability of extra biscuits and coffee in the reception area. It’s these small details that really elevate a stay. The Breakfast: Absolutely lovely! There was a great selection of high-quality food to choose from, ensuring we were all fueled up and ready for the day. We had a brilliant time and would happily return in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for a stress-free, welcoming, and high-quality stay, I cannot recommend this hotel enough!
Great premier in all staff very helpful especially getting you booked in very quickly. The beefeater restaurant for breakfast was excellent staff really helpful showed you to your table . Highly recommended will stay there again . Also not far from Weston-super-Mare so plenty to see and do
Had a good stay. Staff in reception helpful and sorted an issue immediately. Housekeeping staff were lovely. Yes, the rooms are hot but fans are provided in the room and the windows had been left open prior to us arriving. Comfy bed, good choice of pillows, duvet was like a weighted blanket! En-suite was very clean, towels were plentiful. On-site parking is a bonus, breakfast was ok.
Had a great 2 night stay. Staff really friendly. Free parking. The floorboards are a bit creaky in the corridor and room, so it'd be a nightmare if you were a ninja attempting to assassinate someone in their sleep. For the rest of us it means we're safe from ninjas. Cheers.
Plenty if parking. Clwan and warm. Next to Beefeater. Just be aware that if you are in the annex its a good walk with your bags from reception so best to move car after check in to the other building.
Great overnight stay and although a more established Premier Inn, this was clean, comfortable and ticked all the usual boxes when it comes to a stay with the Premier Inn.
